Mirzapur

Mirzapur 2 is here and we are sure you all have binge watched it already. With the massive popularity that Mirzapur Season 1 had, this season already got its limelight. After 2 long years of waiting, the new series will give answers to your questions- will Guddu (Ali Fazal) be able to take his revenge, who will be the new ruler of Mirzapur!? Here’s all the part we loved and why you need to watch this thriller.

1. ‘Badle ki Aag’

The former season ended with a prime climax where Munna Tripathi (Divyendu) hijacked a wedding party and killed Bablu and Sweety. The season starts exactly where the former ended. After losing his brother and his wife, the only thing in Guddu’s mind was revenge. The season pretty much summed up around Guddu and Golu (Shweta Tripathi)’s journey of revenge and struggles.

2. The Tripathi Legacy Dilemma

We haven’t ever met a confusing family than the Tripathi’s where everybody is after everyone. In this season the fight will be between Kaleen Bhaiya and Munna for the throne of Mirzapur. How can we forget the old-lusty Bauji and his discovery channel tales!

3. Catchy dialogues and ‘Bhaukal’ Comic Timing

One thing Mirzapur topped in every way will be surely its dialogues *read Munna Bhaiya’s and a pot-full of pun moments. Some dialogues are so intimidating that it would be on the audience’s mind and mouth for quite a long time.

4. The Guddu-Munna faceoff

From the first season onwards there was a flash of rivalry between Guddu and Munna which eventually ends in a face off in the final episode of Season 2 * grab the bowl of popcorn.

5. Unveiling of new characters and plot twists

This season is definitely a Disney land of twists and complications. In each episode a new twist unveils and makes it more interesting till the last. Also, new characters starred by Vijay Varma, Isha Talwar, Priyanshu Painyulia worked as the garam masala in the curry.

Though the three G’s of Mirzapur will be Guns, Goons and Gaalis but compared to Season 1, it was a but if tame. Specially to be mentioned Divyendu stole the limelight in many scenes. Lastly if you are waiting eagerly and desperately for the last 2 years, then enjoy your Mirzapur time!
