The collaboration between Rajamouli and two of the biggies in Tollywood has created a lot of expectations among the fans. Soon after the poster was released, the hashtag #RRR started trending on social media. This was despite a 21-day lockdown period due to COVID-19 which has forced the people to remain indoors.
The movie, set in 1920s boasts an ensemble cast including Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn. International actors Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris and Alison Doody are also part of this period drama.
RRR will be released in four languages – Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam. The movie is reportedly a fictional take on freedom fighters Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem who had fought against British and Nizam. This film is made on a whooping budget of Rs 300 crore.
